I have a 95 Nissan Maxima SE. It has over 200k miles. The check engine light is on and i wanted to know if anyone knows a way to reset it without the diagnostic tool. i'm getting rid of it in hopes to buy a 2004 or 2005 in a few months after i graduate. I just want the light to go off so i can get an inspection sticker.

You actually imply that you want to trick your future buyer of the car..? :lol:
You could disconnect the warning light's cable so that the light will go out...
