If u go over at www.racingflix.com u will see in the raod tests section a video about the BMW X5 LM car...The commentary is in German, and since i'm familiar with the language i managed to translate almost everything..What i didn't heard though or maybe i didnt understand it is if the car is being sold..Does anyone know more info??

Oh i forgot to mention that this special version of the X5 uses a V12 M engine...Perhaps the one that McLaren F1 uses...Hehheeh it's pretty funny listening to a SUV roaring like an F1 car... :)

The V12 had to be restricted to 550hp i think for lemans, with restrictors, like in WRC (did you know without restrictions those little four banger give out 500hp and 520+lb-ft of torque?), no SUV on earth could beat this, maybe a tuned cayenne, but bimmer will never release their racing engine to the public.
