Well looks like we the americans have an upgraded wagon to play around with. I think it looks better than the outgoing model.

With 0-60 times at 5 flat for the SRT model, this is one fast grocery carrier.

The front end looks like a lancer evo.

I had kinda hoped it would look more like the orginal concept car, butI like that new front end. it looks a little bit... "Korean", but that's not a bad thing!

I really like the update. The last one was very fast, although a grocery getter is what it was. This one looks far more agressive, and overall it's more appealing to younger buyers if they have the money. Overall I think the styling is far better, and it'll most likely have an even better interior, and other things that'll make the car more enjoyable, and just a better compertitor for this crossover/station wagon segment of the market.

and it doesn't look that different either

I find that it almost looks like a larger, more glorified version of the Caliber. It has pretty much the same from end, and the overall styling of the thing looks...the same lol. I'd take this thing over the Caliber any day, though.

http://img296.imageshack.us/img296/3668/2006dodgemagnumsrt8fatrfj4.jpg (http://imageshack.us)Even with that picture it still looks Caliber-esque. Maybe not as much so, although it is still very blocky and squared off, much like it's little brother. I don't know whether or not I like the styling as much as I did a few hours ago lol.

it doesn't look like a Caliber. The Caliber DOES look like the Magnum

Well I'm sooooory. Either way, they both look like eachother. And I just don't think that they should have made it look even moreso like the Caliber, that's all.

that last picture that somebody posted looks like garbage. it just looks like a stupid fat suv like the chrysler pacifica. one giant step backwords for dodge, good job, now the only car i would consider buying from them is the viper.

Wow, I just found a REALLY REALLY good reason for buying an Audi RS4 Avant, 'cos boy; I would love to smoke that one :) I very much doubt, that it can comparre with any of the other "super-stationwagons" when it comes to handlings...I would be beaten on a track.

Hm..I don't think it looks that good in real life, saw one (not the SRT of course), and I thought it looked to fat...a little like a beached whale with a set of wheels

What, may I ask, was wrong with the old one?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if it aint broke, don't fix it. The current one has the 300C, blingy, cool and out there attitude and looks which makes it sell well.

This new one looks boxy, square and quite bland. Now I'm no fashion expert, but aren't curves in?

It's annoying that designers and important people in companies can't see when something needs to be replaced. The current design of this one will still look fresh 2 or 3 years on from now.

Looks pretty cool and being a Dodge I guess that thing should be quite good as well...

Its still a wagon.

Sure its a fast wagon, but a man would rather have a muscle car, not a muscle wagon.

that hood scoop..hmm..is it supercharged by any chance....highly unlikely but still!!
one of my fav wagons.....i really like the concept one tho..the gun metal colored.looked more muscular.

Looks great indeed.. I prefer this one over the 300C and over the E46 3-series touring too.
Flat 5 is really fast but I won't probably take this over the RS4 Avant because I'm a Eurosnob and the car is really great IMO.

I also happened to post a pick of the R/T model and not the upper grade SRT model with different bumper, wheel, and headlight configuration.

The reason I did that is because the spy shots are probably going to be of the "normal" model and not the SRT one. But the scoop may have handed the spy pic one the SRT name.

Just saying.

Awww, dam. If Dodge makes the grill smaller, it'll look more subtle! I always liked the ugly agressiveness of the oversized grill! It looks more sporty than muscular IMO.....

This car looks cool but when you ride in it, it feels so low and i always feel carsick riding in it.

I'm not sure which one I like more. Those headlights are kind of boxy and it looks like someone just slammed on a body kit. I'll have to see more of it to really decide. Only thing they should change on the current Magnum is the transmission in the SRT (and R/T?) model. It's taken straight from an E-class so it's not exactly performance oriented.
