I have a 97 Mustang GT, and I can get a set of Michelin Pilot tires really cheap, are they good tires for this car?

Its a very good tyre. The M3 CSL uses the Cup version. I always use Michelins on my car, tyres are very important. I recommend them.

This is a great site for tire info. www.tirerack.com (http://www.tirerack.com) They have reviews, from people, the tire companies, warranty info, pretty much everthing.

Pilot Sports are terrific tires.
If you can get a good deal on them, go for it.
