but then again i have no idea how to post pics. crap. so yeah its in a really dark metallic blue but it was used with like 50k miles...
ehh worth the 34k i paid for it?? i thought it was reasonable at the time... got it this past saturday and dont know if i wanna do anything to it like tuning it in anyway yadayadayada

and it came with like the M stereo with some bass enhancement so it actually has like 2 10 inch woofers in the back

I dunno about the value, btu as for posting pictures, make an acount at photbucket.com and upload them there, or you can upload them into the scf's gallery

Great car.. if the rims are stock.. I think you should change it but 1 BMW rim is very costly, its up to your whether you want to change it or not.

I would put black rims with a polished lip, with rivets.

5 or 11 spoke, two or three piece, wrapped in either proxes or pilot sports.

Thats just me though.

I envy you! Its a cool car! Good luck with it!!I gotta be honest. I envy you as well! It was definitely worth the price... it's probably the best looking BMW ever. I know I'll get the 507 thrown in my face now, but only the genuine article can shake down the house! The M5 got ice cold class running through its veins.

You got an M5? Lucky lucky man.

Well actually, you're not lucky. I assume to get the money you worked your ass off in your job, and this is your reward. Respect man, respect.

i totally need to post more pics on. gahhh its real nice...

man i love you guys. only downside is that mileage on this thing is SO bad i got 15 mpg in the city the otherday ughhh

If I'm not mistaken, you've been playing GTA San Andreas recently...Yeah. I played it yesterday, but it's six months ago I did that mission.

It was an argument against my own argument - The 507 was a 300SL rip-off. The M5 just prawned.

@thenewguy4891 ........ don't do stupid things to the car bro , i mean don't add some useless bodykits , and don't play with the engine at the moment (don't try to modify nor tune anything) , get used to it and to it's handling first for at least a year , then you can think for your own , but don't ruin it from the exterior nor from the interior nor the engine , because it is perfect as it is , STOCK ! You have a great beast bro , but trust me when you buy a car like an M5 don't think about Mileage! lol ... you have to sacrifice Mileage in this case , it's either Mileage or a powerful car, and you chose the powerful V8 car , good for you .

Argh, a supercharger or two has never done anyone much harm!

Supercharger, tires and an audio is alright... then keep the rest stock.

keep the boot for the boot stuff, just add some quality sound systems to it, not those huge 15 subs stuff..:D

keep the boot for the boot stuff, just add some quality sound systems to it, not those huge 15 subs stuff..:DThat's not the way it works. Keep the backseats for stuff and fill the boot with 15" subwoofers... or vice verca if you're rich enough.

Maryland has some unbelievably challenging roads. Had my first Rally with some PCA guys this weekend, and the roads were just awesome. If you want, I can see if they'd let a BMW go with us and I can let you know when we go on our next run.

I'm hoping we do one more before the spring, so I'll let you know if I hear anything. I know the guy who headed it up is looking to make it a little longer probably between 2 hours and 2 1/2 hours. It's not club racing, its just tearing up the backroads, so you don't need to be a pro driver. So if that sounds good, I'll ask next time. Cool?

very nice car... and it must be an awsome sleeper. I sometimes see some person with his M5... he traded it in for a new M5... or he still has the old one. It still looks up to date and good looking... hopefully your car is in that condition too. :p

i dunno about an m5 being a "sleeper" lol. i guess to someone that doesnt really know much (anything?) about performance cars.

congrats on the car man, that car is, IMO one of the most perfect of daily drivers out there. check out route 9w, it runs along near the Palisades Parkway, near the Hudson river. i would suggets a radar detector as well, heh. if you ever do head into NY, the Sawmill pkwy is great. miles of twisty double lane to tear up. i'm not condoing breaking the speed limit in any way, just some "spirited driving" :P

i'm in staten island, ny and hang out with a mix of tuners, sports car fanatics, streetracers, all good-hearted motorheads in general. let me know if you want to cruise!
