it's still to rich for my blood. Coming from a Family that owns a 2002 Honda Odessy, A 2001 Ford Focus and a 1987 Mazda B2000 Pickup, $90,000 is alot of money.

Yeah, I guess that goes for lots of us here too.

I'm sorry to say this, but even though i absolutly love the NSX, for 90K, i'm buying a viper and a hyabusa. They can both wipe the floor with the NSX.

if I had the choice, I'd still get the NSX. It's more of a matter of pure refinement than raw performance in this instince. But that's probably just me...

yeah same here its the easiest super car to live with and it also gets fairly good gas milage for a car of that caliber. An Acura NSX also has that "what is that" look to it,it is a car that really standa out. a real attention getter also. I just love the car even an old one still looks new!

:D I have to agree, most jap cars are nice. one that i am particularly fond of is the 96' 300zx Twin Turbo. Sweet F'in car.

NSX-R 8) 8)!!!
and i think riceboy got those specs (or 1 spec) wrong, the acura NSX (not R) has a top speed of 175 mph
w/out the limiter the skyline does 0-60 in about 4.7 secs? :? and has a top speed of 175-180 (im pretty sure i heard this from somewhere)
skyline has the tuning capability, and is great for straight-line, but NSX WOULD beat it on a track... (not that i'm saying the skyline is a bad car at all; it's still a great track car  and one great japanese car)
and btw... i want to be called smart too jim! :D
i mean, i know the truth....

definitely the nsx-r. you'd think there'd be a limit to how great the chassis, suspension, and balance could be, but honda pushed that limit with the nsx-r. but i believe the HSC concept is gonna be a great one as well. more technology, stronger engine, etc. this thread will have to be relived when that car comes out, and votes cast for the future nsx.

i thought it was called the NSX-T?
Getting away from the sports car theme, the best japanese car as far as style goes is IMO Toyota Chaser and JDM Accord/TSX.
Best Engine - tie between the SR20DET and 3SGTE

you can get these right now. it stands for NSX-Targa. which is essentially just an NSX with a targa top. no difference in anything else.
