it dont really matter.. you can drive till 200 km/h in every road .... if your a good driver ...
but over 260 sure 300km/h the handling will be impossible ...! and the car must have i dont know which aerodynamics to stay on the road .... !

Why expect the goverment to do it? Build a private track yourself. There's lots of money in it. Especially if youre saying that there is no other tracks in the country.

Yes, there are lots of modified cars, but I don't think anyone has the money or the guts or even the desire to build a racetrack. There are 1-2 tracks here, but I don't believe they are open to public.

First of all, i doubt that the 800 lb ft come @ 10,500......
Second of all, if you do the math, 800x=2712, if 800 is the torque, x is the distance to 60mph, and 2712 is the weight of the car, then 2712/800=3.39, so the 0-60 time would be 3.39 seconds, which is really far away from the claimed 1.5 sec.........
