I now have a 95 Chevy Camaro , V6 3.4L Automatic and I have had some problems with trying to take off the shifter knob.
I feel so stupid asking this question. but hey
Any help will be nice

Why would you want to take off the shifter knob??
Btw, no offence, but you should have gotten yourself a manual. :P

There should be a little metal thing that looks like a staple, pull that out and the knob will come off.

I didn't buy the car my father bought the car for me, so I didn't have much of a choice.

Yeah he gave it to me for my 16th B-day, I told him id like to have a 300zx or an eclipse but there are alot of cars around there that have been treated poorly, so he got me this Camaro.
Another stupid question: Would any custom Automatic shifter knob work as long as it has the button or does it have to be a GM Shifter. Thanks again

Does anybody know about that?
If i could fit an aftermarket knob on it or do i have to stick with this knob?
