I was wondering if anyone has some advice on a nice car with a decent amount of power, nice look, and not too expensive (hey, i'm 17 i only got a few grand to work with here) and its gotta have good upgrade potential, thanks in advance guys. I DO NOT want a FWD car, so keep that in mind when offering advice, thanks again.

Late '80's Mustang is probably your best bet, or a any Camaro.

Thanks i've always wanted a camaro so i think i'll look into it more. i found a 1994 camaro in good condition with only one owner and 161k miles on it for 2500 obo.... think it's worth it? i think so. but thats just my opinion, i LOVE the car so i'd be more than willing to pay more than that for this car.

^ I swear the Unimog is the backbone of Germany. Every village/town/city council seems to have a whole fleet of them. They are very impressive and versitile machines and can be modified to do pretty much any job. They look pretty good in bright orange as they are painted in my Grandparents' village.

Just get yourself a Subaru 2.5RS, like what I'm going to get.....

...or try out a Subaru Impreza WRX.....

Well, since you want AWD now, the Camaro is out.

Your best bet is something like a Subaru Legacy, or Impreza.

lol he's always wabted an AWD. i'd go with Evo's down to Evo VI, whatever you can afford. the subarus of course, a more affordable may be the 228 STI 2dr. Ford Focus RS golf R32 and hot audi quattros (TT, a/s3, A4) thats about the cream of the crop in the way of AWD cars

You're fkkin crazy if you think the 22B is affordable! It's a collectors' car! There's something like 555 of those worldwide!.....

I would love to have one of those, just because nobody around here would know what it was.
