my friend currently owns a honda dc2 integra type r ..still with stock engine... he would like to tune it up ..can give some advice????

what are his hopes? does he want to supercharge or turbocharge it? my suggestion would be to go all N/A b/c personally i think N/A type-r's are dope. i would also suggest an integra or even a type-r specific forum. www.team-integra.net is an integra specific forum, one that i visit often. many own R's there. simple solution to a beginner hoping for some modest gains = intake/header/cat/exhaust.
