I have a Saturn SL2. Right now I'm putting modifactions on it

But is anyone onto Saturns?

HEY that's awesome!! I have an SL2 also...mine's a 99, how about you? And lucky for me, the guy who had it before I did....used it for races, so when I got it....it already had the kickass rims...it's lowered and not to mention mirror-tinted windows (all)..I love it. :)

What's a saturn? Please post a link or pic.

What is great about Saturns....their like the American Honda. :evil: They arnt fast until you put too much money on modifications into them, and even then. They are still ugly. Get a Mustang.

Ok for you I'm just going to say piss off. bc Saturn is a great car. and they do have power!! you should do research before you say things about Saturn. :evil:

I said NOT ENOUGH POWER! I'm sure they would be great cars, but they need more power. And I still think they are ugly. They handle pretty good and all, but they just need more power. :!: :!: :!:

im not sure but i think i saw such cars in some drag racing magazens.. but tunned cars ..

anyways the cars looks good ... but i dont really know anything about it ...so i can't really say any opinion ..

The Saturns on the saturn spot web site were indeed very cool looking. Most of them anyway. Do you know if GM is making the engines for them? I know that there are some quirky General Motors cars, like the Pontiac Vibe which has the Celica GT-S tranny :shock: and uses a Carolla chassis. Just curious, figured you'd be the one to ask.

My aunt has the SL sedan and it's still running strong even with 100k miles on it :D

My sister had one, I do not remember the model, but it was nice and strong. She hit a couple too many deer and the only that that got tore up though was the body molding, the frame was fine. I was impressed. I can see who so many people tune and mod their Saturns now. The Redline will be more of a Pre-Tuned Model, which is cool by me. I'd get it if the fuel economy was right. (and I'd like something UNDER 7 second 0-60 times too plz :P )

My aunt's Saturn is definately not like that.....
I tried the door thingy, and it was perfectly solid and felt like real metal...

And about the 10-20mm gap, my aunt's ride doesn't have that (yeh, the car in the pic is an ST)

Saturn is just another car company among the sea of CRAP GM products out there, the ion is a good example of the crap that saturn comes out with. Anyone who has a saturn i feel very sorry for you. Might i suggest a better car perhaps a YUGO

I can't really say i like Saturn's models, but i also can't say i disslike them.... But it would be hard to choose these cars over other sports cars, though. By the way, the front of the red/white one looks a bit like the Nissan 300ZX :? .

my grandma has an all stock 2002 L300 its a v6 and has 182hp and i never liked saturns until i drove hers. its really fun to drive exept its not a real smooth ride.

The one other model that's supposed to be be solid and quick was, I think the SL coupe? Not too sure on the name, they never put them where you can see them on the cars :P I liked those, they had flip up headlights and a slick wedge design.

I don't like Saturns... IMO they are ugly, unreliable, and they never produce a sporty or even slightly fast car. IMO their best cars don't even compare to a 2003 Sunfire... Next to Geo, they are the worst of GM's divisions...

According to JD Power the actaully are quite reliable.
And Geo is LONG gone.
