I can remember an odd little VW Beetle Rally Car racing to promote VW in general. I've seen SRT-4s rallying as well. Another odd promo rally cars? I'm sure there's more...

At the German WRC 2003, LADA supplied a rally car (no. 00C) for promo reasons, it was actually quite good! Shame it wasn't competing.
