I was just wondering if you can put a supercharger on an aloready turbochargerd motor? and if so would it be effective?

you could
and it would be effective and increasing power but not effective in making your car reliable/cheap to run/cheap to insure.
IN a sentence id be twin turbo charging before id super +turbo charge my car.

Its called compound charging, they did it in WWII aircraft, its complicated and heavy, especially if you wack on a power recovery unit to erase the drag the supercharger puts on the engine. In short you run the turbo off the supercharger gasses

Ealier detroits had this type of system as well. Its not bad but it is heavy and requires extensive plumbing.
