I looked some time ago @ the vortech page. Almost all the superchargers were boostin hp > 50%. Like: focus ST or ZX3 (170 hp stock TO 278 hp with sc)...honda s2000 (240 hp stock TO 349 hp sc) and so on. Let's take the focus for example!! I know they say that the vortech systems work with all stock parts of the car and needs no further modding. But WHAT NEEDS IMMEDIATLY UPGRADING? and WHAT UPGRADES ARE OPTIONAL???

Wow, you'd totally need an upgraded transmission right away. Also you'd want to fine tune your ECU so you don't mess up your fuel economy or other civil qualities.

no  seriosuly though, that's not something thats needed right away I'd think. You just need self control not to go toooo fast. if you find you need larger brakes, go for it.

You know, one thing I never thought about.. what about the differential and the drivetrain? I never really thought about this, but they really could screw up.. stock parts aren't meant to take much more power than what they currently have. Your thoughts?

If you upgrade your engine alot, then you definitely need to change (upgrade) your transmission in order to handle the excessive torque. An LSD is necessary in order to avoid excessive torque spin in cornering.

A problem that is quite common in people who build up muscle cars is that they never replace the U-joints off of the driveshaft and then they SNAP um. This can result in your driveshaft falling off your car. But if you add lots of power, unless you get the correct transmission to channel the power, and the right differential to put the power to the ground, you're just gonna be burning off your tires for forever. Which is why you should probably get better tires too. Those are the absolute most important if you add a hugeassmoungous supercharger like that.

I'd have to think that suspension upgrades are the most important modifications, because of the massive difference a 50% power increase makes. Try considering getting new coilovers, new brake pads, sway bars, strut brace etc. That kinda stuff is crucial for your new modified cars. Also, consider new tyres which enhance grip and stuff.
After that, the possiblities are endless. A multi-plate clutch to get the power on the road, a lightened flywheel, strengthened transmission, reprogrammed ECU, forged pistons, stroker kits, bigger injectors, intercooler, rebalanced bottom end and I really could go on forever.
Good luck!
