Now this is a hell of a car.Maybe you know about this car but I've still couldn't resist the temptation to tell you about it.You can find it on http://www.boost-beast.de/boost-beast.de-DE/index.htm
It has 2 330hp engines,acceleration 2,9sec 0-100km/h, top speed 346km/h.I think it's a real beast.

Cool, but how does two engines work for one car :?:

It seems this car has one engine at the front and one engine at the back. So that means the front engine moves the front wheels and the back enginemoves the rear wheels? I don't get it... :?

well for a modern day 'bimoto' computers are going to be essential; the mTM certainly has a sophisticated computer setup.

it isnt need if you run the engine through the same box, the open 917 porsches did that with a pair of 6s

917 - not exactly modern day is it! :D

For a setup like that a computer is neccessary - just as it is with one engine!- not a difficult concept!
But to co-ordinate both engines and the power they put to their respective wheels, electonics aare imperitive.

1 computer for the front engine, 1 computer for the back engine. Two completely seperate systems......
I haven't even looked at the link, but I don't have to to know he's using two automatic trannys....He must be able to put them both in drive from the drivers seat.

Anyone seen that twin engine Tiburon yet? 600+hp with 1/4 mile times in the 10 sec range....

But he will alos need a computer to keep the engines going at the same speed if hes running them through seperate boxes
