I have an Accord Coupe V6 2000.

I was thinking in buy the Neuspeed Sport lowering springs, but i heard that Neuspeed are not good...

what do you recomend me?

i say..

1.- Neuspeed
2.- H&R
3.- Eibach

PD: I need a smooth ride, not too hard. because where i live the streets are pretty ugly (a lot of holes) thats why i was thinking in progressive springs

i think H&R and eibachs are the best bet. by the way how low are you planning on going?

if you go eibach, the pro kits will bring you about 1.6 inches down. the sportlines will bring you more to what you're looking for, 2 inches or more. a little too low for my tastes, but they'll definitely be good for performance and ride. any shocks going for your setup? i suggest Koni Yellow adjustables or Tokika. although you can survive a few years with just springs and your stock shock setup, you'll eventually have to get some aftermarket shocks, as the stock ones aren't used to being so low.

I have Eibachs in both of my cars, great springs. Just make sure you get a alinement afterwards.
