i think it would be way too loud if you were drving it and using the jet at the same time.. the intake to the jet is literally 1 foot away from where the drivers head would be.. i would understand if there was some metal ducting and soundproofing but the only protection from it is some wire mesh.

Yes, the bandwidth was exceeded.
I remember seeing a video of a guy with a jet powered harley. It made huge hp but he couldnt ride it because the bike got to hot.

It's funny how everytime a picture fails to load, you always see "Photobucket : Bandwitdth Exceeded." Coincidence? I think not. That's a damn good way to advertise.

that's cool. if he made a direct intake from the outside to the intake of the turbine he will make more thrust. more air=more power=cooler temp=more throotle. it nice to see an awesome job made in the garage of your house.

Always have had a liking for jet powered stuff. Someone mentioned a harley with a jet. There is also a streetbike thats been around for years that has a turbine . http://www.marineturbine.com/motorsports.asp

that kind of rpm is normal to me. jet engines operate from 30,000rpm's up.........
