On the bmw m3 what transmission do yall like better the smg transmission or the 6 spd and whats the advantage to the smg transmission.ok thanks alot

SMG, coz its a robotized gearbox, which works 1/ (im not sure) times faster than a regular manual trans.. and it doesnt make my feet work too much, and.. its easy, and its just fun! hoho..

6 speed. i don't care how fast a machine can change gears for me, i still want to be able to do it myself. only in a serious race would i want smg.

i'm sure if a machine fed me my food i would finish my meal a lot faster, but does that mean i want a machine to do it? no i wouldn't, only if i was in a speed eating constest.

SMG......though it really depends on the scenario....

With the SMG you have the ability not to make wrong shifts!!
For sure this one is faster than a normal manual gearbox. :)

But I'd never have the SMG cause a manual gearbox make you a real driver!! :cool:
